Confidential information

Buyer documents — BOQs, BOMs, tender schedules, drawings, specifications, purchasing lists and pricing — are commercial property of the buyer. REPONS treats them as confidential by default, with no separate request required.

• Supplier enquiries issued by REPONS never disclose the buyer's identity, the project name, the target price, the budget or any internal commercial note.
• Documents are stored in private storage inside the REPONS procurement system and are accessible only to authorised REPONS staff accounts.
• Buyer files are shared with a supplier only to the extent required to quote, and only after the commercially sensitive parts are removed or masked.
• A buyer may ask for a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sending a package. REPONS will sign one.
• A buyer may ask for their documents to be deleted after a requirement is closed. Write to the procurement desk and the request is actioned.

Inside REPONS

• The internal procurement system is accessible only to authenticated REPONS staff accounts, with access rules enforced at the database level.
• Internal notes, cost build-ups and margins are never visible in a supplier-facing document.
• Internal commercial pages are excluded from search indexing.
