SKU range and formulation brief
The range, format, target positioning and any reference product are recorded up front so manufacturers quote the same thing.
Packaging and artwork
Bottle, tube, jar, closure, secondary pack and carton configuration are specified; artwork and label content are handled as a deliverable with its own approval step.
MOQ and cost structure
Minimum order quantity per SKU, mould or tooling cost where applicable, and the volume break points are made explicit before commitment.
Documentation and labelling
Ingredient lists, safety assessment, GMP or ISO evidence and destination labelling requirements are agreed with the manufacturer as part of the order.
