Construction & building materials

Construction materials sourced and sequenced to the build programme

REPONS sources building and construction materials for contractors, developers and project owners: structural steel and reinforcement, formwork and scaffolding, roofing and cladding, blockwork and cement-based products, insulation, doors and windows, sanitary ware, tiling and finishing materials, and site consumables. Because a building package spans dozens of unrelated suppliers, the commercial value is in consolidation and in sequencing deliveries to the construction programme.

01REPONS capability

Package-level sourcing

Structure, envelope, MEP interface and finishing packages are sourced as lots with a single owner rather than as scattered enquiries.

Specification and sample control

Finishing materials are approved against samples and written references before production, which is where most site disputes originate.

Sequenced delivery

Shipments follow the construction sequence: structure first, envelope next, finishes last — not everything in one container because it was cheaper to book.

Container economics

Dense and bulky materials are combined deliberately so containers are loaded to both weight and volume rather than to one of them.

04Procurement process
  1. 01

    BOQ intake

The construction BOQ is received and structured into packages.

  2. 02

    Clarification

Finishes, grades and standards missing from the schedule are raised as one list.

  3. 03

    Sourcing

Manufacturers are approached per package across suitable origins.

  4. 04

    Samples

Finishing materials are approved against physical or documented references.

  5. 05

    Comparison

Offers are normalised to the same Incoterm, packing and delivery basis.

  6. 06

    Sequencing

Deliveries are planned to the construction programme.

  7. 07

    Consolidation

Suppliers are combined into container loads planned for weight and volume.

  8. 08

    Delivery

Documentation is prepared consistently across all suppliers in the shipment.

05Sourcing options
  • Türkiye — steel, cement products, roofing, aluminium, sanitary ware, tiles and finishes with short sea transit
  • Europe — specialised systems, certified products and technical finishes
  • Asia — volume finishing materials, fixtures and fittings
  • Middle East — regional availability for urgent replenishment
06Standards and compliance
  • Grades and standards are confirmed against the structural design, not assumed from a product name.
  • Mill and test certificates for steel are agreed as an order deliverable.
  • Where the destination requires conformity documentation for construction products, it is confirmed before ordering.
