Hygiene product sourcing built around container economics
REPONS sources hygiene and cleaning products for distributors, institutional buyers and retail importers: baby and adult diapers, sanitary products, tissue and paper products, wet wipes, soaps, detergents and cleaning chemicals. Supply can be branded, manufacturer-branded or private label. Because these are volume goods, the commercial decisions that matter are size mix, packaging configuration, minimum order quantity per SKU and how efficiently the mix loads a container.
SKU and size-mix planning
Diaper and sanitary ranges sell by size distribution. The mix is planned per market before the order, so slow sizes do not consume container space.
Private label management
Artwork, packaging, language, claims and carton marking are controlled as part of the product specification, with an approved reference kept for repeat runs.
Container economics
These are volume-driven goods. Loading is planned per container with the packaging configuration, not estimated after the price is agreed.
Repeat programme supply
Recurring container programmes are planned on a schedule so replenishment does not become a new negotiation every cycle.
